Terms and Conditions

Shipping

We stock and ship from our Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (just outside of Toronto) location to almost anywhere in the world. However, some products and destinations are restricted by Canadian export regulations.

Weekends and Holidays

We do not ship on weekends or on statutory holidays.

Duties and Taxes

International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any customs-related charges. We do not cover extra charges after shipping. If duties and taxes are not paid upon arrival, we cannot take responsibility for the order or issue refunds.

If the package is returned unopened, any additional shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can be cancelled if they have not been picked and packed yet. A 3.5% cancellation fee will apply due to credit card processing charges.
