Who We Are:
We have more than 35 years experience in electronic servicing. Our expanding inventory of vintage spare parts prompted an online presence. Used parts are tested, whenever practical. ALL vacuum tubes are tested on a Hickok 752A.

Currency of Sales:
All prices listed are in US$. Although we are located in Canada, the US Dollar is a universally accepted currency around the world.

Quantity Discounts:
Quantity discounts are offered on some items. Please contact us for any discounts that may be available.

Payment Processing:
We have chosen to use PayPal as our credit card processing service. For clients, PayPal allows clients in 55 countries and regions to pay for online purchases and is completely free for our clients. Payments made by PayPal are extremely safe. Payments are made without sharing your financial information with us - all processing is done by PayPal and we receive confirmation that the funds have been made available to us. PayPal offers 100% protection against unauthorized payments originating from your account.

PayPal accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, eChecks and also PayPal accounts.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped by Air Mail from Canada, and often take only one or two weeks to get to the destination (depending on local holidays, and any delays at your Customs office). Express or courier shipping options are not normally available but if you have a special requirement, feel free to contact us for other shipping options.

Duties and Fees:
Many have asked about the payment of Customs duties and clearance fees when their package arrives. We have no way of knowing the requirements in your country - this is your responsibility! For shipments to the USA, we have never had any customers report any charges from US Customs.

What is your return policy?
Most of our products are used vintage electronics, which do not qualify for a return. We however, test and describe our products as thoroughly as possible.

How can I phone you to ask a question?
We cannot offer a 24 hour telephone service, because of the numerous world time zones. Send us an email, if you have a question and we'll try to answer it.
